NORTHPARK HOLIDAY
ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS
For the most part, during normal business hours, you can enter through most doors. However, Northpark is HUGE, and you may enjoy the simplicity of entering from the following directions.

When you arrive, it is best to use the lower-level Dillard's parking, And you can enter directly
from either the Northwest Highway
or Northpark Boulevard entrances.
PARKING
Park in this main garage, which should be somewhat open if you arrive before the Mall opens. Sometimes, well before the Mall opens. We shall see:)

There is a section of "RESERVED PARKING," which we cannot use.

Once you have parked in the Dillard's parking garage,
start to head towards the building. You may notice security and maintenance vehicles in this area.

Security
Arriving at the door, simply press the intercom button.
Someone may ask for you if you need something, and you can simply say "Hi, I am a puppeteer for the holiday show." If they ask for a specific name for someone you are here to see, you can say Catherine.

When they let you in, there will be an ever-so-slight clicking sound which means the door is unlocked. Sometimes they won't say anything, and you'll simply hear the *click.*
